Today I did a short 30 minute cardio workout from T&D. I added on my own 10 minute stretch.

Good morning all! Siobhan, nice 30 min T&D cardio workout this morning. LOL, yes, I love Coach Ali's
weight plate workouts, but Kelly had me all wrapped up last month!

Today's workouts:

YT-Phoenix Nation- 20 min. Bodyweight Burn Ropeless Jump Rope workout
IFit- "Pure Rowing TimeCrunch workout #3"- 10 min.
Interval Timer App- "Ski & Standing Abs" - 18 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was a 97 minute gym circuit consisting of upper and lower body machines, dumbbells for upper body, sled to 10 plates, floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. Not sure why it took so long, I didn't really talk to anybody.

But it is what it is

Nice workouts so far!

Hello, Ladies!
Movers coming tomorrow to pack me up. Staying at a hotel tomorrow night. Internet won't be hooked up until June 6th (fingers crossed) so I will be spotty checking in to see what wonderful workouts everyone is doing!!

Lauren Brooks - Kettlebell Incinerator- Swing Sandwich = 8 Min
