Hi Siobhan,
Today I came to the gym and did 37 minutes on the elliptical and 65 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and back, the sled, floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus 2 sets of the shoulder exercises using 10 and 8 pound dumbbells. And a quick stretch since I have been here waaayyy too long.
