Today was BH Power Yoga. Last night DS and his friends did this one. They were a sweaty mess, had to hit the pool afterwards, lol.

BTW- Being the dance junkie that I am , I ordered Cize yesterday. Looks like fun!

Nobody wanted the cake yesterday so hoping this evening to have a piece.

Today was 25 min. of Taebo and 35 minutes at the gym... then 4 glorious hours at the pool soaking in the sun.
