Today I did Dasha Libin's 7 day Lean Series - the Lean workout. It was a good cardio/body weight workout. I just love Dasha.

Hi ladies,

Today was RWH lift it hiit it back, biceps and shoulders. I just cannot come close to what Cathe does for bicep weights! Ugh!
