I worked out Tuesday but am late with the check in.
U did Body Max 2 step sections, approx 40min followed by Tracey Mallett's Dancer's Body quickblast. Only the 15min buns, hips and thighs.
The step was fun and got me super sweaty and my HR way up there. The TM barre was not the best. I like TM and had read a review on 2lazy4gym about this one, but I don't think I will do it again. At one point she said feel like a ballet dancer. Euh? No, I felt like an elephant... And not an elegant or cute elephant by any means. Anyways, the 15min blast was just not a blast. Her 11min video on YouTube better than spanx is 10 times better.
Oh well, can't be happy with all dvds that I get.
