Carole: Thanks for the website yesterday! Is the green strength the same Cathe uses in the Gym Styles??? TIA

This morning was LL again and I added on Biceps and the abs from CTX Kickbox. I also did the first stretch section from TBS. I think it was around 70 minutes total.

I may even go play racquet ball for the first time tonight! My legs are going to hate me tomorrow!

Jeanette...yes the green one from the site I posted is the same resistance as the green one Cathe use's in Hardcore.

I am doing PLB floorwork, a few freestlye exercises, P90X CardioX and a 4-5 mile run..

The rain is back, but we got a nice break. I ordered my new PC from Gateway yesterday!! Can't wait...

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did KPC (wu thru intensity drills),L&G floor work,calf work and planks from SJP(I think that's were there from- I use the Timesaver DVD)

It sounds like everyone has had some great workouts!

It is actually sunny here this morning and the temp should be in the high 30's ...Yipee :D

Morning ladies! Today was CTX 10*10*10 and back work. Went for a 20 minute walk last night with my daughter for some additional exercise. Plan to do some extra abs tonight. I'm getting an itch for IMAX 2, so I might have to do the first 5 intervals of that tomorrow.:eek:

Hey girls...well I didn't get QUITE the cardio work out I had hoped for...I ended up running out of time as well as not feeling too well. I got through Body Max step and the first 2 step sections of C&W before I had to stop. I had hoped to do ALL of the step in C&W.

I will be doing my walking lunges and abs in a little while as I am feeling much better after an hour of slugging it on the couch this morning!;)
 
Hi - I just finished a 2.7 mile run. It felt GREAT! The endorphins definitely kicked in, even on a short run like that. I'm just getting back into it and I found that "grooooooove" that felt like I was running on air and I just kept on going. I can't wait until I get that feeling during a 10 mile run. :)

Today was P90X CardioX. It's only been a few days, but I miss Cathe! :) I may have to add in a few Gym Styles if I can.
