Annette - continued wishes for your son and your family. I know how illness affects everyone, and I hope you are getting rest.

Today was All Out Low Impact Hiit. Nice to revisit after all the RWH workouts!
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did the rest of LIHI Back/delt/biceps - only did warm up + delts + biceps then added on 25 minutes of a dasha libin yogi/stretch/strength workout. I just love her.
