Hi ladies,
Linda, you and I are opposite, my long days are Tuesday and Thursday.
Today was an 84 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 machines, took the chest flye machine to 85 pounds today, skipped the back part, then went to the back machine and did 30 pounds(usually do 25), then the shoulder machine at 25 where I usually do 20's.
Then onto dumbbells for chest press (20's and 25's), double arm overhead for triceps at 20 and 25, biceps hammer curls with 20's, 25's, 30's, 35's and 40's. Seated clean and press with 12.5, triceps kickbacks with 12.5, wrist curls and concentration curls with 12.5, Arnold press with 10's (might could have gone heavier but I was pretty burned out by then).
Then sled usual up to 13 plates and it was a bear to push.
Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some dumbbell work thrown in and then a stretch.
