Today's workouts: (shortie day!)

IFit-Pure Cardio series-Time Crunch Treadmill workout # 1- 21 min.
LM&R- Upper/Lower Body Foam Roller workouts dvds mix- 9 min. (I'm not much on "actual" foam rolling,
so I don't do alot with those, probably should tho'! )

Today I did more Caroline G Iron series for 30 minutes: chest/back/shoulders. That's it for me today too Linda - Nice and short!

Great to see you both getting in your workouts yesterday, Nora and Linda. Waves to Deanna and Nicki.

I agree with you I should do more foam rolling than I do. I got rom to improve. WTG & high fives, well done and I hope your feeling great after the foam rolling. Enjoy the rest of your day;)

Lauren Brooks Kettlebell Incinerator- Girls Just Wanna Have Fun= 24 Min
Ripped w/HiiT- Low Impact HiiT Two= 30 Min

Hi ladies,

Linda, you and I are opposite, my long days are Tuesday and Thursday.

Today was an 84 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 machines, took the chest flye machine to 85 pounds today, skipped the back part, then went to the back machine and did 30 pounds(usually do 25), then the shoulder machine at 25 where I usually do 20's.

Then onto dumbbells for chest press (20's and 25's), double arm overhead for triceps at 20 and 25, biceps hammer curls with 20's, 25's, 30's, 35's and 40's. Seated clean and press with 12.5, triceps kickbacks with 12.5, wrist curls and concentration curls with 12.5, Arnold press with 10's (might could have gone heavier but I was pretty burned out by then).

Then sled usual up to 13 plates and it was a bear to push.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some dumbbell work thrown in and then a stretch.

That's it!

I just finished one of my longer workout days. I did STS 2.0 Body Parts Legs Premix #1 for the 1st time & loved it. My heaviest weights are 20 lb dumbbells & I have one 25 lb dumbbell. I feel like I need to start getting some heavier ones for legs. Then I added on STS 2.0 Abs/Core Mishmosh Standing Abs. I also need to get some heavier plates (I have baby 1 1/4 & 2.5 only), so I used dumbbells as Jen demonstrates instead. I really enjoyed this ab program. And finally, I wanted to do some of the balance work, so I did the LM&R Lower Body Balance Disc Bonus. I am actually getting better at this one! I feel really good & relaxed. These were perfect for today.

Deanna, well you girls are 3 for 3 with the long workouts today…great job with
a premix from STS 2.0 Body Parts Legs, and then STS 2.0 Abs/Core Mishmosh Standing Abs( I absolutely love those STS 2 abs…). And finished up with LM&R Lower Body Balance Disc Bonus. Good for you in accomplishing that one!!
