Step Cardio on the rotation today - I did Patrick's Step My Way and then the bonus Stability ab workout from B & G.

I'm dragging after a night of not much sleep. I'm going to sub 45 min. on bike for step.............eventually !!!

For now I'm still in my warm robe watching the news!!

Hi girls! I did BM2 timesaver premix. I love the music on BM2, but I can't figure out why Cathe repeats a segment twice on this premix. I guess it's all about keeping it in the time limit.

Hi All!

Late check-in for me, just got home from work. I worked 9 - 7 today :mad: Anyway, today was LIC cardio premix. I'm sick of this rotation already :confused:
