Hi ladies,

Today was Cardio Core Circuit. This workout just killed me, it was tough. Is it hard for you guys? The core sections were fine, the cardio part was a crazy sweatfest.

Hi gals,

I did my own heavy weight work for shoulders, triceps, biceps and taebo express abs and then did a Taebo express cardio.

I am getting MMA Kickboxing off a friend to add to my collection, should be good for more kickboxing variety.

No workout today. I was at the agency tonight. I hope to be back at it all sometime this week. Good workouts you two.
