Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of an Xtrain warm-up, a T&D shoulder and chest workout (heavy weight) for 40 minutes and then did my own stretch.

Linda - I'll bet you've got a lot of workouts in your blender. Me too but I just never gravitate to them anymore :(
Annette - so glad all is well!
Nicki - fingers crossed for you that everything goes smoothly with the deal
Nora - your happy hiit workout sounds so happy & fun :) what a motivating title for a workout

I’ve noticed you‘re doing some different series of workouts recently, I never got any
of them, like Turbo Jam, PiYo, Charlene, etc. I bet they’re great!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a moderate weight gym circuit consisting of 3 machines (chest flye, back and shoulder), 1 cable exercise done under and over hand, dumbbells up to 20 for chest press and concentration curls, wrist curls, overhead triceps, seated clean and press with 10's, then the elliptical for cardio (15 minutes), then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weighted exercises for abs and biceps. Then a stretch. All in all 75 minutes.


Only some left over weakness from last week's incident so not bad overall.
