Good Morning Everyone,

Je suis retourne! Happy belated Easter to everyone. I didn't work out all weekend but my credit card sure did (DD's always need stuff :) ). Today I did a short Dan the Hiit Man workout for 33 minutes. That's it for me. I saw Cathe's latest live. I hope to do that very soon. I love a push-up focused workout.

So nice to see everyone checking in and squeezing in some workouts (and packing up the house :) ).

Welcome back Siobhan....hope you enjoyed your Easter holiday as well. Nice job this AM with Dan the Hiit Man workout - 33 minutes. Yes, Siobhan, I think I have Cathe's Live of Pushups, Situps, etc. on my
schedule for Thursday. It's an express, but I'll probably have to modify some of the moves, but it looks fun!

Hi ladies,

Today was an 87 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 leg machines, 2 different cable exercises 1 for shoulders and 1 for chest/shoulders, dumbbells for chest press, bicep hammer curls and concentration curls, overhead triceps, seated clean and press, wrist curls, and the sled to 11 plates, the floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with 1 dumbbell exercise for triceps and 4 deadlifts same weight.

Then a stretch, I already hurt.

Bravo on your 87 minute gym circuit workout. Lots of variety of equipment all very thorough concluding with chest the floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Bravo and double high fives on doing sled with 11 plates, WOW!! That one awesome gym circuit workout. I can imagine feeling sore after all of that. Have a good day;)
