Hi ladies,
Today was an 87 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 leg machines, 2 different cable exercises 1 for shoulders and 1 for chest/shoulders, dumbbells for chest press, bicep hammer curls and concentration curls, overhead triceps, seated clean and press, wrist curls, and the sled to 11 plates, the floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with 1 dumbbell exercise for triceps and 4 deadlifts same weight.
Then a stretch, I already hurt.
