YT-CrossRope- "Full Body Fit" with Jennika & Simone - Now this sounds fun to me. How's your knees doing? I only ask because I recall you mentioning maybe taking a break from CrossRopes Ropless and use Spri Ropeless for a while. I hope all is ok with you. Good mix of workouts today, well done!
