Today I did S&H back + Some of Gym Styles back. I added on the glute challenge (340 reps) + the plank challenge + the abs challenge.

Today was Rockout Knockout today. I actually liked it!
 
Good morning ladies - just finished a workout on the elliptical and intense total body KB workout from Marcus Martinez. Great workouts today ladies!!
