I finally did the recent Cathe Live Let's Get Functional for 48 minutes. Wow. That was fun and hard. It worked my brain too with the compound moves.

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Tower Circuit Sweat Express - 37 min.
IFit- "Discover Art Basil: A Guided Insider Tour" Treadmill workout- 18 min.

Hi ladies,


Today's breakdown is as follows:

60 minutes of weight work including 2 upper body machines, 2 lower body machines, 1 cable exercise, heavy dumbbells for chest (20's, 25's and 30's), hammer curls same as chest weights, concentration curls with 20's, wrist curls with 12.5, 1 dumbbell overhead for triceps, seated clean and press with 10's.

Then 15 minutes on the elliptical for some cardio.

Then 27 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus 1 seated at a decline for biceps curls with 7 lb weights, and 1 arm at a time overhead for triceps and a stretch.

For a grand total of 102 minute circuit workout.

I started out the month with one of my most favorites, Rev'd Up Rumble #10, which includes the calorie crush, abs & extended stretch. The wind is so annoying here today, so I turned up the volume & enjoyed the workout & the music!

I don’t care for the wind at all!
The wind gets pretty awful here in the desert southwest during the Spring. Lots of dust blowing & power outages.
