Today I'm doing a 20 min HIIT on my TM then a 40 m kettlebell work with Lauren Brooks's DVD.
My 8 &12 kg bells are on backorder but should be here in 2 weeks I also ordered AOS Newport to work towards a goal and The Kettlebell Way. Good thing I have my 15# bell to start with.
I'm really liking this form of exercise.
Still taking airborne and will more than likely continue taking it until the end of this week. I really don't want to be sick anymore this past month was bad for me and I really want to try to avoid getting any more cooties here .

Thanks for the compliment too but my picture is kind of fuzzy (my dd took it on my phone), so it's easy to hide age ! The older I get, the more I am appreciating fuzzy pictures! (good thing , since my eye sight is failing! ha)
I did a CTX warm up then did their chest and abwork then went onto do 16 min. of taebo with weighted gloves on then my son called for me to go and pick him up from work. But at least I got something in.
