Daily Check-In Tuesday 7 March

Hello again!

Got in a 45 mins rebounder work out (not including w/u and c/d) that my hrm says burned over 400 cals!:+ Then I did GS Legs floor work and CTX chest work. I wanted to add in more chest work but didn't have time. As it is I have to save ab work for later!

Afternoon everyone,

Yesterday, I ended up NOT doing my workout, argh.... My sister phoned and of course I helped her do some chores, she really didn’t need me only my company :p By the time I got home, I was pooped.

This morning, I did 1 hour jog (5 miles) & GS Legs (standing) :9 :9

I really liked my w/o today. I did hi/lo with w/u, c/d, and stretch from MIC, then biceps from PH, MIC, and BodyMax (yes the biceps were definitely pumped!) and abs from PH. About a 65 minute w/o.

I was very careful on those arm movement on MIC hi/lo, I didn't raise my arm up to full extension taking care not to do too much to that shoulder too soon. The biceps w/o didn't seem to bother the shoulder.

Wendy... Becky and I decided to try the one body part a day and cardio. We were both a little burned out on following rotations. I wanted to wing it for a while.

I'm lazy and am just doing a hello to all of you.

I posted yesterday am since then did 10-10-10 and KB for CTX. This is pefect for this week.

Eating LOTS this week with leaving the company. It's nice having so many people wanting to go out but horrid for the diet ;)

Time to get some groceries and pick up my son !
