Siobhan, I am actually rather unsure myself how the hell to get this workout onto my iPhone but I'm going to try! It's much easier to put things on my Sansa but alas, the Cathe workouts on work on Apple products. BOOOO!
I dragged my arese out of bed at 5:30 a.m. to the 30 minute Gym Style Legs premix. I didn;t quite match Cathe on the barbell since I'm just getting back into the swing of things but I was nice and sweaty nonetheless.
I am heading out of town for some professional development and camping so I'll be looking for creative ways to keep up the work. I'll check back later.
Good morning ladies! Beavs I dragged myself out of bed at 6:15 to get a workout in this morning. I'm not a morning exerciser so this is an effort.
But today I did A.M. Yoga then KPC the cardio only. I'll try to do the punching/kicking drills and abs, after work. I got a great sweat this morning and felt accomplished!

LOL!! Glad you gals liked my Wal-Mart workout... today unfortunately was nada but tomorrow it is supposed to be really really hot and since we have no AC I may do a Mall Run (LOL!!) to stay cool. I wanted to workout tomorrow but it maybe just too hot for that.
I like the Target Training one, too bad we don't have a Target nearby I could make a workout for them also.
