Daily Check-In Tuesday 6/14

Today is cardio day and pull-ups. I have no idea what workout to do :confused: I'm feeling uninspired this morning...

Hi Tammy: This morning I felt soooo sore from LBB yesterday (and interrupted sleep) so I opted for P90X yoga - the balance/abs/stretch section which is 45 minutes in length. I shouldn't even be working out as have a late night tuesdays. I hope you have a good workout nonetheless.

Good morning - today I'm subbing Kickmax with Zumba. :D

Tammy - how about changing up between push up and lying pull ups? And all your hard work is paying off.....you look great! How's that for inspiration!

Hi ladies,

Today was Imax 3 - and I actually did it. I do the intervals on my rebounder, but it was actually kind of easy?? Maybe my TF is paying off, who knows? I also did Amys' Ab Section 2.

My boss just brought me a bagel egg sandwich for breakfast. Yum!!!
 
Hi all,

I did CTX Kickbox the cardio only for my cardio today. I am really sore from my workout yesterday goes to show you what a month without working out will do to you. I'll survive.

Need to go get some bloodwork drawn and pray the results are good.
