Things are slowly getting back to normal over here, as I get my kids up and ready for school. They are slowly waking up and groggy while I'm ready to GO! lol

PS Legs & Abs on tap for me today, will be doing that once I get the kids dropped off at school.

It's back to normal around here too.

We had a great long weekend. Hope everyone else did too.

I've been walking alot (bike path, trails), so today it's back to weights. I have no idea....am thinking a really good upperbody workout.
I'm going to wing it until June 1 and then start a new rotation.

Hi everyone,

Back to work here, and lots to do, ouch!

Today was Gay's 2801 All Cardio Step. First time with this one and probably the last. I did the interval premix and it still didn't do much for me, I added BM abs and Stretch max segment 3.

I ended up doing BM2 double upperbody and Tracies Coreblast, blast #1(standing abs) - in place of BM2 abs.

Hi all,

Again for variety's sake I did the upper body workout from Jackie off of On Demand Fitness tv... she does each exercise for a full minute some she breaks up into 2 for 30 seconds each. So we are talking endurance weight workout.. I only used 5 pound dumbbells and boy did I feel it. I also did a 10 min. ab workout off of On Demand fitness too. Her workouts are sold at CollageVideos, all on one DVD, upper, lower and core. She throws in cardio too for 1 min. after every upper body segment.

Anyway I am sunburnt from yesterday but I enjoyed my time in the sun. My poor oldest son though is a hurtin puppy, he went to the pool yesterday with a friend and forgot sunscreen, and since he wears a scoliosis brace all the time his back or chest hadn't seen sun in quite some time. He is burnt pretty badly, especially the tops of his feet (think baby white and smooth feet). Thankfully he doesn't have to go to work till Thursday. ( he works outside mowing, and doing outside yard work for a friend).

Hello once again :)

I finished my workout this am which was PS Legs & Abs, just after I finished my hubby came home from work and so we went on a nice 40 min walk through our neighborhood so he can wind down and get ready for bed.


Deanie: Sounds like you worked the muscles good }( I haven't done B&G in ages.

I had a so so weekend, just purging out my closets to eventually get this house listed so we can move - seems it'll be awhile since my older kids are being quite obstinate about moving arrghh.



Conni: Sorry about you not having a positive workout this am w/ that Gay's workout. I'm not familiar with many other home fitness workouts since I always seemed to go back to Cathe. I up and got rid of all my other blah workouts a long time ago.


Becky: I'm on the last week of Cathe's May rotation and I guess that the reason I follow Cathe's rotations because usually I have it all written down for me . Granted I'll tweak it up from time to time but sounds like you got a good workout in :)



Annette: Ouchies! Being sunburnt is no fun at all! Your poor boy - goodness sounds like he got it bad :( Hopefully he won't be hurting as much when he does go back to work.
