Daily Check-In Tuesday 5/24

Good Morning!

Today will be The Kettlebell Way Empire State and day 3 of the push-up challenge.

Carmen ~ How was your first day back? I have a pull-up bar mounted in my workout area.

Conni ~ LOL about the hair. Yesterday's workout sounds like a good one.

Siobhan ~ I love P90x yoga and usually split it into two different workouts.

Good morning ladies! First day back was actually ok. My boss called in sick. I got through most of my piles of stuff and I felt mentally and physically refreshed.

This morning I rode the party train and did 20 min. TJ workout. Loved it. Pretty sweaty. I did well with my eating yesterday. I have my menu planned for today too.

Off to the showers. When I say hey, you say ho, hey, ho....:cool:

Today was legs - I did Leaner Legs and then CLX Recharge.
