I am currently doing FF Get ready for summer rotation 2010, those are always good for me.
Today was cardio - one of my friends here at work lent me an Insanity dvd. I did the Max Cardio Conditioning today and then I added Coreblast abs on the ball.
I was a pool of sweat! I did most of the high impact stuff on my rebounder, but Shaun T. was relentless. This was my first Insanity experience, and it was better than I thought it would be. He goes from one move to the next very quickly, so it wasn't as boring as I thought it might be, and you really feel like you can go at your own pace and not feel guilty about it.
