Good Morning! Today is Power Hour. I didn't sleep well last night, so let's see what I can bring to this workout.

Hi Tammy,

You picked a good workout today if you didn't sleep well. Cathe makes the comment in that workout about staying up with her "little one" at night and not getting much rest.

Today was S90 Tabata Workout, 100 crunches ( for you Carmen, lol.), and then CLX Recharge. Back still feeling twingy, had to do the seated twists with no weights, bummer.
 
Too funny Tammy, I did the hi/lo portion of MIC (which is on the same DVD as Power Hour), it is really a tough workout and I was modifying as much as I could to a lower impact.

Hope you get some sleep tonight.

I have an afternoon job so be good and workout hard!!!;)
 
Hi everyone! I was all set to do my 18 min bodyrock workout and at the last min decided to instead have quesedillas and a beer with my husband. :p so an unscheduled rest day for me. Got to remember what is really important.

Tammy - sending you sleepy time zzzzz's.

Connie my abs are sore from yesterday!:eek:

Annette - glad you got to workout...as I munch on a quesedillas...;)

Carmen ~ Yummy! I would love an ice cold beer and a quesedilla right now! :p:p

Annette ~ I haven't done MIC in ages...that is one tough workout.

Conni ~ LOL! I cracked up when Cathe said that during the workout.

I did okay with PH this morning and I got about 4 miles of walking in...I'll take it! Have a good night!
