Mornin' all my friends in fitness ....

This morning I did an endurance set of tricep pull-downs w tubing & weighted gloves & LIVE High/Low HiiT w/Step. Whoa, too early for those horizontal step jumps! lol. What a sweatfest for a short/er routine!!
Hoping to continue with my Therapeutic Knee Yoga later today if I have any time.

Henriette, I was looking at that channel & she seems like a lot of fun. I did not find any full length workouts however. Did you try any? I agree with you that some streaming sites have absurd prices. Especially the Barre ones I have noticed.

This morning I only managed a 30 minute pilates workout. It was good to take a rest day.

I wish I could keep cathe live like you have elsie but - like henriette - i cannot afford all this streaming so I have to pick and choose. for a while it was cathe, then suzanne bowen, then cathe and now pilates by lisa - which I looooooooooooove. It's $25/mth cdn which is steep but I am really enjoying it. she is tough. And I agree, some barre streaming is ridiculous.

Ah well. Have a great day everyone. It's hot here today - and for the duration of the week.

No transportation today so will mull around the house the rest of the day.

Hi girls,

Once again my workouts did not go as planned. Last night I had a really bad night not falling asleep after 2 a.m. due to a bad stomach ache. So much so that everything in my body started to hurt.

Today my stomach has felt rather bad, but I have just gotten on with work and taking my son to his physio again. Today's planning said BB Build Shoulders but feeling the way I do, I was not up for 40 min shoulder work. Instead I did the warmup and then popped in Ice MM shoulders, that way I did not skip shoulder day, I just worked differently and not as long.

I feel pretty crap with not having burnt more calories today, but it simply does not feel good and I really hope to get a good night's sleep tonight.

Elsie - Dance Fitness with Jessica only has short songs on YouTube no long w/o. You need her expensive streaming for that. I found a less expensive one, Shine Dance Fitness. Similar dance w/o's for 10 dollars per month. Both of these look like so much fun. I may have to give them both a try... At least the trial days so I know if either are worth it.

I hope to be back on a more cheerful note with more w/o updates tomorrow.

You are using your treadmill, elliptical, etc. It can be very expensive if you stream from a lot of different ones.
I hope to do a 35 min upper body/abs workout later. Fingers crossed I get it done:)

Hi everyone! I don't have much to say but wanted to chime in. I did 4 day split- High intensity step today. I did Ilarias Atletica vol 1 yesterday. Possibly because of this news of Ilarias breast cancer diagnosis I feel like I have to get out of my head and into my body. Trying to get my mojo back, ya know?

I hope everyone is well! Feel better Henrietta, nothing worse than GI issues! Blah!
