Of course, we missed you Annette! What exactly did you have done to your foot? I don't remember reading about it. What will your recuperation be like?

Conni,I won't do cardio every day this week, but at least 3-4 times. The rest of the days will be actual rest or maybe stretch.

Well, I think I will do the cardio from BM2 today. I do love that music!
 
Good Morning !

My back was awful yesterday so I'm hoping it is better today as the day goes on. I slept with a heating pad, that since I slept so badly, I could keep turning back on whenever it shut off (automatic shut off after 15 min. for safety) .
If I can workout, maybe I could try the bike .....? I'm so ready for cardio but don't want to push it either. Will see how I'm moving around in an hour or so.

Annette , my sister has had several foot surgeries and recovery was slow. I hope you're feeling good and recovery is fast .

Tammy, hope you're feeling better today !
Connie, do you have warmer weather coming later this week ? They are showing sunny & 70 here in a few days....I can't wait !

:DPhyllis, I thought I mentioned it but I may have not..I had a bump on the top of my big toe joint basically a bunion of sorts but not exactly removed. I had a malformed joint which lead to arthritis developing and causing a knot on the top of the joint making shoe shopping difficult. So the doctor shaved off the calcified bone growth and refitted the bone by cutting a notch out of the bone and putting a pin in so it will form right now.

I wasn't having any pain or anything but a new knot had formed on top of my foot which was also arthritis in a new spot so one was causing the other so it was time to fix the original problem.

Now I will be able to wear regular stylish shoes again.

I will be in this walking boot for 4-5 weeks and I can't drive since it is my right foot.

I did Gym Style Chest and Triceps minus some of the work no push up or dips or band work and I didn't do the incline chest work.
But I did 30 min. of it so it was nice. I am happy to do anything. It will be all upper body for a while till the boot is off.
