Ug! I've been up off and on since 3 - the dog has an ear infection. I'll take him to the vet tonight. He paces, pants and tries to get on my bed. I can deal with him on the bed if he would just lay down, but he is obviously uncomfortable and won't relax.

CF premix today. I'll be tired later!

Leg day (STS) today ! I'm getting ready to go knock it out now !!!

I slept FANTASTIC !!!!!! (sorry Phyllis) Shut off the light and don't think I moved until 5 min. before the alarm is set to go off (for DH) ! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
