Woke up a little earlier & got in FitForceFX/youtube 25 minute tri-sets shred workout & added on my own hamstring band work.
Another frantic day ahead ......

Today I did 39 minutes of my new Pilates DVD, which was total body firming and flexing segment and the upper body segment.

Then I did KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness Kickboxing the combined workout which was 53 minutes long.

Now I am done.

Hi ladies,

I struggled to pick a w/o yesterday. I had all the Cathe low impact (Ice, Rwh, Xtrain) out, but then heard my PT saying movement is good, but don't purposely work what is already so tight. Grrrr.[emoji35]

So I listened to my family and decided to renew my Shine subscription so I could dance. Did the current class which was 56min. Several new songs in there so that slows it down a bit, but still fun. I still need to hold back and modify some moves in order not to strain my lowing body more, but I still think it's a good way for me to get some exercise in at the moment.
 
Excellent workouts today girls!! :) aquagirl, you managed to get in a workout while tired? I guess with the blender, it's convenient to make the workout as downtempo as required. I recall putting in a few of those 15 second breaks when I used the WB! Great that you have been finding something that works for you, Henriette! You'll have a great time with your dancing subscription!!

Oh, Ceci, so sorry to hear that you are not doing very well these past days.:( We know how consistent you are with your workouts. They will be waiting when you body is ready again. The couch is boring, I know!! ;) ((take gentle care))

I am finding I am just run off my feet these past few weeks with everything & am no further ahead at all with Xmas prep (I send a box to my family who are far away & have to meet the post deadline!), plus there are some other things going on in my life right now (health & otherwise) which I am having some difficulty dealing with and have been avoiding. I am a big avoider! ;) Anyway, not to sound too cryptic or anything, but I am just stressed the hell out. I know you all understand these things. If there were more hours in the day and the endo med suggestions didn't make me so fatigued.....well, I cannot change those things can I? If I could go in the fetal position 'till next year that would be great! lol.

Hey Elsie, I'm a big avoider as well.......I do way too much " I'll deal with it later" but later comes and goes. I haven't had routine tests, etc.
that I should have cause I don't want to think about it......and most of the time, "stress" could be my middle name ! It' s tough I know, but
hopefully everything will work out for you, in the right way. I am a BIG worrier, if I don't have something to worry about, then I know something
is wrong......Take care..... :)
