For me today - Lauren's OnThe Edge kbell dvd is planned along with the UB premix of Squeeze Stronger.
I did Body Max warm up (no step), then did Power Hour chest work (no push ups) twice through, then did PH one arm rows for back, then did the shoulder work, and MIS abs and stretch.
Nice workout for me. It is endurance this week for strength training.
