Daily Check In Tues March 15

Good morning ladies - can you believe we are half way thru March already?

Today's workout is 16 min intense workout. 50 sec of work; 10 sec of rest; four exercises repeated four times. Exercises include dive bomber pushups, sandbag squat & lunge back, hanging knee raises, snow boarder. I will need to modify because I dont have a sandbag and I will do the knee raises lying down.

Today was S90 Tabata Inferno, then I added TF Core 20.

I did part of Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme, the 2nd half (not interval 5) that I didn't do the other day. It was about 35 min. long not bad for hodge podging and still getting in a halfway decent workout.

im taking fitnessfreak's advise on a rotation (and lovin' it) so today I did PUB shoulders and S&H shoulders. Then I did KPC. I just got my new dvd's in the mail. wow. CCC and KPC are just like everyone wrote - amazing. KPC is sooo much fun. I didn't want to stop but i ran outta time. you don't feel like yr workin' at all!
 
Hi everyone here are my results for tonight:

Dive bomber push up: 10, 9, 10, 9
Squat and Lunge: 8, 7, 8, 8
Lying leg raises, 20, 20, 18, 20
Snow boarder: 34, 36, 29, 26

Good workout. Lots of sweat. I feel I've gotten strong with push ups and my ab area is flattening out a little more since I've started bodyrocking.

Getting ready for more visitors coming tomorrow....my new grandbaby comes for her first visit to Florida too...
