I feel much better today. I went to bed at 8:30 last night. In addition to my hot flashes I had a headache that wouldn't let go all day. I'm guessing that it was a hormone headache and it had something to do with the flashes.

Tammy, if I had to deal with this stuff more frequently, I would consider HRT too. I think that it will bring you relief! :)

Vilma, I have an F11 HRM also. How do you communicate with the website? Did you pay extra for that option? I remember reading something about it but I guess I assumed that it costs extra.

Conni, I wish I was able to do CC more often. I've only used CC4 a couple of times and I did enjoy it. Have fun!

Annette, Nice variety in your workout. Do you have chest DOMS today! }(

I'll be doing BM2 cardio timesaver. I got my new Rykas from WalkingSue yesterday, so I need to try them out! :)

Didn't get home until midnight due to the fact that my DD closed the store last night and she doesn't have her driver's license. So no workout for me this am until later on in the day.

I have to take my DS to the doctor's in less than an hour for a procedure to remove some skin on his hand that didn't grow back right after a very nasty spider bite, the site of the spider bite never fully healed.

When I do get back home I have another CC mish mosh more of a lite steady along with BM2 Double Upper Body premix.

I have slight DOMs from B&G but nothing to make me not work out today ;)

Glad you found some relief last night and had better sleep. I was ready for bed by 9pm but alas I couldn't :/

I didn't pay extra for the polar personal training site I think thats what its called - Its a service for all Polar users esp F11 owners I believe.

Just go to Polar and download the program, its a neat little program that allows you to just get a bit more from your HRM.

WalkingSue hails from my area I wonder if I can contact her and save on shipping costs lol granted I don't need any new shoes at the moment but I've always wondered about that .

I was wondering do you have the detailed description for V6 Candace's version.

I printed up all the CCs descriptions so I can get a better hand at making mish moshes from them but since hers is no longer offered Sean doesn't have hers up there anymore. I wonder why he doesn't sell it anymore. I've done it maybe twice it was ok not the greatest compared to his but it still was a good run.

Anyway have fun with Coach :)

Thanks for all your help, Vilma. I think I may opt for the rebounder, as I need to consider my PF issues, which are flaring up again. I would love to be a "running fool", but my feet are just not going to be there, I think.

I didn the BM2 remix and BM2 abs - nice workout except for the repetitiveness of the the first step section in the timesaver premix.
my new Rykas's are a wee bit too small so WalkingSue is sending me some 9's instead of 8.5. Its wierd because my current Rykas are 8.5. I do hate buying shoes!

Vilma, I'll check out the polar website and see what I can find. It's not that I need it, but it's jsut another plaything. Ha!

Yes, Phyllis I actually do... I was wondering if I would since I used lighter weights than I normally do just because of the faster rep. pattern but I do and it felt good.

I did shoulders today and abs. Shoulder work off of PSCS&T(1st 3 exercises) then did 2 exercises off of Slow and Heavy for shoulders so hopefully I will feel something in my shoulders. I do know that for once after doing the PS shoulder work that I did that I had a hard time doing the S&H work so I think I finally fatigued my shoulders, whoo hoo!!! That hardly ever happens.

I also did abs off of PSBB&A and then did a taebo workout off of Exercise TV with weighted gloves and I am sweatin' buckets just sitting here typing this (remember we DON'T have A/C).

I think I might lay in the sun if it isn't too hot out or humid out.
