I have a TM run scheduled and I'm so excited since its been a few days since I've had a good, sweaty run.

I'm either going to do CCv5, 7 or gosh even dust of one of my iTreads :eek:

Phyllis have fun with DM - if anything you'll come out of it a good sweaty mess :D

Tammy, iTread 13/30? Hmmmmm I have that one and its been ages , maybe I'll follow you and do it too. Just maybe or then again I may get lured by Sean again :p

I'm feeling close to 90% back I am sooooo glad! No discomfort whatsoever so the motrin & heating pad are being put away for me thats a cause for a lil celebration

Today is HIIT on the treadmill. I'm having a hard time these days getting up and motivated. I think its because i'm in the sun almost all day at the pool with the boys. At least that's what I'm blaming it on!;)

Phyllis~ Yes you get credit for trying! And I read Emily's post too! I especially love the spell check- I'm such a bad speller.

Ok girls, tell me where I go to log in my daily workouts. I see STATS on the m home page about todays WO's and I don't know where that information comes from. Thanks! :)

Still getting the hang of this new fangled forum, but I will figure it all out eventually.

Today was Christi's Strength, Balance and Flexibility. Nice functional fitness workout that uses alot of isometric moves. I was counting the sweat beads!

Phyllis: go into your workout Manager click on the date on your calender and add the workout/s you have planned.

Once you save or confirm it should show up on your profile page.


Deanie: It sure can be the sun and humidity. Here in NC it's HOT

I try to go out only during early am hours or after 6 pm.

If I have to run errands during the day I come back feeling wiped and looking for a nap.

I also keep a full water bottle with me to keep hydrated its so easy to get dehydrated this time of year.

Hi Conni, the forums and all the new goodies are taking some time to get used to it but its getting easier for me.



Well I ended up doing CCv7 and had an awesome time. It went by sooo fast it seems and in the end I came out of it with such a feel good endorphin high.
 
Upset but here now

I had to reregister using my dh's email address just to get back on. I am not happy but I am here.

I did chest work today using Power Hour (minus push ups), BM and MIS and then did the 8 min. Taebo for some cardio. I am continuing to lose which I am happy about. I really liked the new features of the website so I was upset that I couldn't get a password. I hate having to start over again.

I ended up doing iTread 13/30 then iTread 21 Walking intervals...all in all a nice sweaty workout.
