Dutchie, where are you this morning?

Last night I did my fave SB/SJP Cardio Circuit premix, and SJP abs. I also did biceps.

So far today, I've done tris. Tonight is a 4 mile run.

Hi, Shelley. I might join you for a run tonight...lots of energy to burn here.

Me...I was up early this morning. All Step, then CTX biceps, then freestyle leg work (200 walking lunges with 3 lb dumbbells, 100 reverse lunges, 4x20 sets on weight bench for leg curls and extensions). My butt is wide awake! LOL

OH....may I make my announcement here??? I got engaged last night! BF proposed after he took me out to dinner for my Birthday! Nice ring too!

Today was BC on the rotation. I really can't stand icebreakers...
I got through it though. Did I say I really can't stand icebreakers???

The ring is nice and simple, just like me and Mike. It's .62 carat marqui cut, set in white gold. Beautiful and it fit perfectly!

Sandra...hope you enjoyed your rest day! I really would like to visit Canada one day, but for now I love Calif. Especially the northern part, which is nicer than the souhtern part I grew up in.

Nice to see you Judy. My trail run went well as we have been having some unusually warm wheather and not the normal rain!

Wendy..sounds like you made the Gauntlet tougher than it usually is!!

Gayle...that is such a nice, very nice treat for Valentines day!!! Your ring sounds beautiful...:)...my preference is for white gold also...

Conni...icebreakers have never been on my list of "fun things"...:)

I am doing P90X Core Syn a 6 mile run and maybe some upper body and lower body work this afternoon.

My DH treated me with a nice massage for Valentines day!!!

Connie - oh, I love icebreakers!!!

Today is weights for me. I need to get in a half hour of top and bottom. I may try Muscle Endurance, but do the upper body premix, then the lower body premix and see how that feels. Somehow I just don't feel as worked out when I break up the halves, if you know what I mean. I'll also do some abs.
 
Morning ladies. Well today was C&W. I was supposed to follow it up with cardio only from Step & Intervals, but I ran out of time.:( Oh well, something is better than nothing I guess.

Hi all, I did a premix off of Kick, Punch and Crunch today.

I am beginning to think that my weight problems are due to the fact that I am not cycling on a regular basis so my hormones are all whacked out. I haven't had a cycle since the 26th of Dec. and with all the recent stress I have no idea when it will show up. I have done this before and as long as I can deal with it I won't go to the doctor to be started. I just think that once I do I will lose a little of this weight that my body is holding onto right now.

Oh the joys of being a woman!!:eek: :D

Today I did CTX UB and 2 ab routines from CTX. I have to play each UB segment separately because my CTX DVD of upper body split jumps and skips a few sets. Has anybody else noticed this? Pefrhaps it is just my copy.

Afternoon Ladies!

Congrats Gayle! How exciting!

I just finished Muscle Endurance. I did the express premix b/c I wasn't feeling up to the whole thing...I think I might be getting sick. My strength just wasn't there today either. :-(

Then I did the blasted 400 jacks, 10 mins of jump rope and the calf stretching. I dragged it out a bit or I would not have gotten through it. I had to take breaks every 50-100 jax and I was stretching my calves on EVERY break. I took breaks after every 2 minutes of jump rope for the most part. YIKES! That was tough and I didn't think I'd get through it! I wonder if it would have been easier if I wasn't feeling the way I do today?

Hmmm...we'll see what I feel like tomorrow...may have to take a rest day or 2 and finish this rotation a little later than planned or double up to finish on time...we'll see what happens!

I did Turbo jam total sculpt + cathe Basic step + ab segment from all step abs.. I had a pretty good workout and my body is nice and sore .. I will definately take a nice bubble bath tonight. Bye !

Hello everybody!! I been AWOL for a week! :eek:

I got into one of those "I don't want to exercise and you can't make me" moods!!! Anyway, I started back yesterday with KPC and 30 minutes of Cardio Kicks.

Today was maniac cardio day.... 45 minute run with an extra 10 min of w/u and c/d then right into Bootcamp. 1'55" of sweating buckets! Oh it felt good! I feel so strong after taking that week off. Maybe it wasn't such a bad thing after all.

Happy Valentine's Day Fit Chicks!

Today I did CC#3, KM LCD ( I LOVE these) and some ab work. I've got a real nasty blister on my right heel and can barely walk...I'm so mad at myself. I knew my right orthotic wasn't fitting right and instead of taking it out and running without it, I left it in and now my heel is raw...my hip doesn't hurt though!

Shelley: I love that premix...it is my Thanksgiving morning tradition!

Gayle: Congratulations!!!

Connie: Glad you got through BC...I actually enjoy icebreakers!!!

Carole: Oh...so you are a true California girl through and through. Great workout today!

If it makes ya feel any better, I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow due to SEVERE calf DOMS after the way they were TORTURED today with all of those jax and jumping!!!:eek: :eek: :eek:

Maybe it's a GOOD thing that I appear to be getting sick...I'll probably have to rest for ATLEAST tomorrow so if I can't walk I guess it's okay!:p

Hope that blisters heals quickly!:)
