Good morning Connie - hope your day went well yesterday. I have so much to do in prep for tomorrow's trip....my darn job is getting in the way

Today I will do TJ cardio party. Cant wait. I am def feeling yesterday's STS body. Gluts sore. I imagine driving several hours tomorrow I will be a sore pup!.

Did you see the eclipse last night?
