I think I'll work with he KB a little and then do SM. The rotation calls for my favorite yoga workout and I don't like yoga.

Vilma, what did you decide to do yesterday?

Good Tuesday Morning Hellos to Phyllis, Deanie, Tammy, Becky, Conni & Annette!


KBWay2- Empire State is on tap today plus I plan on doing TGU's and extra swings & or a 20 min. power walk through my neighborhood depending on how the weather holds up. We are getting high winds but sunny.


Phyllis- I ended up doing iTread 7/40 for my cardio. I'm thinking I'll be trying to fit in a bit of cardio everyday until the holidays are done, my eating has been less than stellar plus I enjoy how cardio esp. running helps improve my overall mood .

I don't have but one or maybe 2 yoga tapes that I don't use at all much. SM is a good replacement.

So how are you enjoying your kbell?


Deanie OMGosh I have forgotten about that series - Once I get back to a somewhat rotation w/ Cathe I'll need to check those out again. Have fun with it!


Tammy Have fun with StepBlast. My rest days are on Thursdays too. Well thats when dh has his 'weekend so Our weekend starts then also.

Any plans for your long weekend?

Hi Girls !:)

I DO feel like I'm getting better but it's happening slooooooowly ! Still coughing, and blowing all day long and just not feeling great.
I think I'll call the dr. today and see if I can get an antibiotic. I would let it go but my oldest DD is due to have her 2nd baby ANY DAY and I'm scared that she'll go into labor and I won't be able to go to the hospital !!!!:eek: That is NOT going to happen if I can help it !

I think I MAY try a light upper body workout this morning and see how it goes.

Hi everyone,

Yes, Becky we have about 2-3 inches here, and it is very cold this morning,, brrrrrr!

Today was cardio - I did Christi's Cardio Collectibles, both hi/lo and step sections, and then the abs from MIS.

Time for some coffee!
 
Cold here too Connie ! yuck!

I did Mindy's Strength toolbox upper body with weights and with tubes.
That was just about right . :)

Hi all, I am disgusted right now because my weight is up 4 pounds:eek: and I hope it is only because I haven't had a cycle in 50+ days. All my clothes still fit even the smaller size I have just recently bought. It just makes me mad:mad: to look at the scale.

I did do CTX LL warm up, then did CTX chest(no push ups), 1 arm rows for back and the CTX shoulder work and the 8 min. taebo for a little cardio.

I hope that with my workouts back on track that I will lose this extra weight.
