I did 2 exercises for chest and one for back off of Slow and Heavy. It was short and sweet, since I had some running around to do before going to my afternoon sub job.
this morning I did Jessica Smith 10 pounds down weight loss cardio mix. the production on this is a little off but overall is an okay workout. her toning/abs section is really good.
