Mornin' Girls......Happy APRIL !!!

Today is 4ds legs & core and I think some TM or bike time. Haven't chosen the cardio yet.

I think this is the first time I haven't seen a rotation posted by the 1st , but I sure can understand with all Cathe has going on right now !:p

Good morning all of you ^^^ and those that follow..

Tammy - I really like that dress. I just took a peek at it. Hopefully I'll be in the market for mother's dress if my daughter's BF ever gets off his duff and gets the ring.

Today is 4DS KB/legs/core... I'll be subbing the 4DS KB with Kenpo (cutting it down to 30 minutes or so... and then doing the 4DS legs/core.

Good Tuesday morning Hellos going out to Phyllis, Tammy, Deanie, Becky, Jane & All who follow! :)

Didn't get a chance to do PUB yesterday after CCPP so thats whats on tap for me: PUB with the ab work 1st then CC#1 or 20 m. itread. Actually wanting to do a HIIT but can't remember which of my CC or itreads can fit that bill; so it'll be a trail and error until I can find which one does that for me.

This month I just plan on focusing on the pyramids with cardio specifically using my CC and itreads :7

Hi everyone,

Where is the rotation??? I know, Cathe is busy, so that is all okay. I am going to see if she posts today, then go into one of her older rotations if she doesn't do it.

Today I did Amy's Hi/lo Knockout, everything until the last knockout section. Doing combos 1,2,3 and the knockouts for each combo put me just over 60 minutes of cardio, which was really good. I really felt good on this one today. I can't believe I revisited this one so soon after doing it for the first time, I never do that!
This workout is intense!
I also did the core segment and stretch.

I did the warm up and some of the shoulder work off of S & H then did the incline chest work also off of the S & H series.

I am in a hurry today so that was it.
