Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Cathe's TTM all the way through. Goodness - I was dying. I will try to do some ab work when I get home from work and try to squeeze in a lunchtime walk in the park. It will turn cold soon so I have to make the most of my wonderful high park.

Conni - I really like KPC but yeah - I noticed the other day that I was finding it a bit dull..... I have never had this experience before. That said - I just did KPC a couple of weeks ago so that might be why it seemed dull. I like to do my workouts only a couple of times/year to keep them fresh. I only like this with cardio or cardio/weight blends.

Carmen - so nice to be travelling! are you near home?

Annette - two more days..... and 100 pounds bench press? yikes!

Hi Siobhan,

Did you like TTM? The solid step segment is way too reminiscent of Athletic training, and boring. Next time do Premix number 2, I think you will like it!

Today was ME - seems like awhile since I have done a weight workout in these rotations. I sub plie squats and walking lunges for 2 of the leg press segments.
