Good morning everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 3 - Shoulders/bi's/tri's. I supersetted for speed and only did three sets instead of 4. Then I did X10 Cardio Blast.

You have really been doing a lot of the X10 workouts lately. I admit, these are not my favs, but I try them every now and again..

Today was Xtrain AOLIH..

Heading over to watch Cathe Live soon, I plan on doing today's workout tomorrow as a sub for MM...
