Morning everyone!

Wow, twice in one week I'm first.:)

Last night I did KPC and GS Legs floorwork only. Today I have The Gauntlet and KM Blast only scheduled but I'm not sure I'll have time as it's Meet the Teacher night tonight at Sophie's school. So I'll squeeze in what I can.

Good morning Shelley and all that follow... wow KPC and GS Legs... I'm impressed.:)

KPC is on the schedule for me today with the Sept rotation. First time for the entire w/o, I've only done the cardio premix.

Yesterday was 200 walking lunges, 3.75 mile run with 0.5 mile w/u - c/d, 10 minutes of Ab Hits with reverse planks (I have never in my life:eek: ), and also threw in the upper body w/o segments from the TimeSaver with w/u and stretch from PUB.

Today is a circuit w/o, cardio and abs...LOTS of abs because I miss them so freakin' often anymore! x(

Yesterday was the pyramid combo premix and the C&W step only premix...abs had to be nixxed GRRRR!

Shelly Gauntlet AND KM blast??? Yikes! I want to know if you get DOMS afterwards or maybe just jello legs.

Shelly- We had mini class night for Sam at his new Jesuit school. He is entering right after his brother graduated, so we heard "Oh, you are Nick's parents" all night. Sam gets it all day too. But I don't think he minds too much.

Today is an ejoyable workout scheduled. 30" bike, freestyle legs, ab, & 30" yoga

I am back!!!! Finally have time to check in, the last couple days at work were busyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!

I did SB without the challenge (time restriction :-( ) , but it was fun.

Can't wait for the weekend to be here, this is a crazy week.

Sandra...I didn't do ALL of PowerMax. I did the PowerMax warm-up and then the Gauntlet and after each BC cardio I added 5 or so minutes of PowerMax. I forgot how fun PowerMax was. Congrats on doing it too Sandra!! And Laurie!!

Shelley...way to go on 3000 posts!!! I did the Gauntlet yesterday...was sweating buckets...

Jane...great workout yesterday...KPC is quite a good workout all the way thru..

Wendy...I missed abs yesterday too...so I will have to do a Coremax segment today..:)

Judy...looks like a good workout for you today. How is the PF?

Kristine...nice to see you again...:)...SB is fun, even without the Blast challenge.

Today, I'll run 6 miles, do Freestyle legwork, coremax abs, and maybe CTX shoulders, bi's and tri's....

Yesterday I did PlyoX and the TJ cardio party nº 1.Selley I hope you will have enough time to do your workout.Jane enjoy the september rotation. Wendy have a great workout.Judy I have to try the freestyle system.Kristine I can't wait for the weekend too.Conni I am agree with you. I prefer KPC than KM.Carole you have on your schedule a hard workout as usual. Today I will do the TJ cardio party nº 2, the 20 minutes TJ workout, the TJ ab jam and the stretch P90X. Hi Everyone:)

I just did CTX kickbox, with 20 minute hill climbing workout on my exercise bike. Also did bi's and abs from K/B too.
Good workout and now I get to cut the grass. That's one hour of pushing, so I don't think I slacked off today! :p

Hi everybody,

Yesterday was lower body and abs. I couldn't finish it because I couldn't stop coughing!!! I've called my doctor and she is calling in a prescription for a cough suppressant (I've tried the otc stuff and it hasn't worked), so I'm going to take a dose right away and if I'm able I will do yesterday's w/o today. Today is supposed to be my off day.

I hope the rest of you have a great w/o!!!

Hi, everyone!

Today will be Legs and Glutes. I think it's so much fun. And abs if I have time. I think I should.

Tomorrow I'm not sure if I'll have time to work out, since I'm getting ready for my vacation! But if I do, I'll focus on my last Cathe cardio for an entire week!

You all have fun. I won't be back for oh, 10 days or so. I'm off to Banff for a week of Charlene Prickett, hiking the Rockies, and other fun stuff.

also increasing my stretching from my back through my feet is helping.

This morning I did High Step Circuit.

Laurie - you crack me up!! HIGH FIVE right back at you!! My version of PowerMax probably looked very different than yours. I did about half the impact, and used the 6" step. It still worked me good, though, and left me feeling terrific. Thanks a million for doing it with me!! Too bad it didn't work LOL!!

Shelley - geez, that's some workout you have planned! I don't think you're working your legs quite enough, though. Go for a 10km trail run to top it off, okay? ;-)

Jane - that was quite a workout medley you did yesterday. Looks really tough! Good work!

Wendy - those are two great premixes. That would be a thorough workout, for sure!

Carole - adding *any* cardio segments to the Gauntlet is quite an accomplishment! Thank you for doing so in my honour. I bow to you and your legs of steel. Enjoy your run today!

Shannon - enjoy your trip to Banff!! Beware, though, that there is already snow in the mountains. Bring some warm clothes.

Michele - oh, I hate that kind of a cold! I hope the meds work, and you're feeling better soon.

Debbie - is Aiden sick? Poor guy! I'm sending good health vibes your way.

Morning Everyone,

Yesterday I was suppose to do MIC. Not a big fan of hi/lo so of course I changed my mind. Instead I did a 5 mile interval run. Liked it much better. :D

Today is HSTA and a segment of coremax.

Today I didn't want to get out of bed, but did it after I thought about how I felt Monday and Tuesday when I had to miss my morning workout. I did MM- on the Sept. rotation. Was going to take a rest day tomorrow, but I have a golf tournament on Saturday, so will have to take one then. So tomorrow will be IMAX 3 on the day I'm at my most tired. I'll live :eek: :eek: :eek: !
