Today I subbed for the Zumba lady and did my higher intensity aerobic/kickbox workout with 3 ladies. They liked it. 2 even said they might try my M-W-F class [emoji3].

Henriette, I hope things start looking up.

Elsie and Aqua Girl, hi hope your workouts are good.

Ceci, hope you had a good needed rest day and that you get a workout in today.

Hi Annette,

Look at you - at first you were unsure about the whole thing and now your are subbing in at the last minute! You are now a pro.

Today I did Cathe Live PHA 2 - again. This time the whole way through. Goodness I love that workout. I will try PHA 1 again + giant sets. I am almost doing it like edt, with no rests and focusing on one or two upper body parts. Love Cathe.

Very happy to see you up & at it Ceci. I swear, nothing keeps your abounding energy down for long! :) You know, I have not tried the LIVE Giant sets w-o's yet. I am a little intimidated by them. lol. Plus, I am fairly a newbie with LIVE & there are lots of interesting ones. I really enjoy her ones with boxing.

Today I did a 30 minute balance Yoga routine (feeling much accomplished with my balance progressions!) and worked on meadow rows (barbell) for about 12 minutes.

For those who do not know, our aquagirl had a slip down a couple of stairs and is off from work with some back issues. It's not super disabling however. She has to wait to see the Chiro.
 
Ahhh... I didn't know that about Aqua girl, praying for a speedy recovery.

Annette - Good job with your claas. It would be so much fun to try one of your classes one day. Any chance of doing a live class? Think that's more doable for most of us.

Siobhan - I love PHA w/o's too! Can't wait for the dvds.

Yesterday (Thursday) I woke up with a migraine. I guess I should have seen that one coming. So I spent nearly all day lying in the dark doing very little. I did my stretches for my calves and exercises for my feet and at night I felt a little better, so I did extremely low impact Lower Body & Core EDT sessions using mini-bands while watching Netflix. Something is better than nothing.

Look forward to the weekend now. Today it's a full day at the office followed by drinks due to me and another colleague leaving the company.
