Hi ladies,

Today was upper body - I did the Upper Body Premix from MM, and the Pilates abs from STS.
 
Hi Conni and all to follow,

This was my hodge podge for the day workout, I started out doing my own free weight work going heavy for shoulders, biceps and triceps, then I did KCM's bonus premix for abs off of TLC, then I did the floorwork off of Jeanette Jenkin's Sexy Arms, Legs and Abs workout so I got more abs there.

Then I took middle son to college, came back and did Cathe's MMA -Kickbox for my cardio (no abs). I think I am done.

Hi everyone,

Today I did Supercuts + the first part of Athletic Training X 2. It was good. I really like that supercuts workout.

Good workouts ladies. I must pull out MM soon. I want to do the next meso cycle of STS first.
