Hi Ladies,

Sorry I have been MIA but I worked the last 2 days, but today I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness-Weights and did the Timesaver Full body workout so I actually did weights!!

I get my hair done tomorrow so that will we good.
