Hi ladies,

Thanks for your thoughts and prayers for my DH as he continues his battle over pain management as well as other issues. We are always trying to find answers and results, but as of yet we have not been very successful.

Today was Xtrain Cardio Leg Blast. Love this workout!
 
Hi gals,

I did heavy weight work for biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Then I did Jeanette Jenkins Sexy Legs Arms and Abs floorwork. Then I did Cardio Kicks warm up, power drills , cooldown and most of the stretch for my cardio.

Next week will be interesting dh will be furloughed and home during the day so hopefully I can still workout.

Hi Everyone,

I totally forgot to check in yesterday. I've been working out out a bit too much for my body lately so... I tried to workout yesterday anyway :confused: My body said please, no, there is nothing I can do this morning. So... I tried Party Rockin' Step 2 for 15 minutes - then pulled it out. Next, I tried goodness - I don't even remember - but I pulled it out too. Then - I quit.
