YT-Kate's Home Fitness- "Walk & Chat" Treadmill workout- 20 min.
Perfect 30- Extended Stretch Bonus- 8 min.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I'm guessing today is Turkey day (for those who make it) and tomorrow is shopping for Christmas day?

Today I did a mish mosh of killer legs for 20 minutes and 2.0 triceps for 20 minutes. I'll do my own stretch.

Hi ladies,

Other than a dull ache every now and then and not being able to chew much I am doing well.

Just finished an 82 minute gym weight workout covering shoulders, back, and biceps with the inner and outer thigh machines thrown in and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

The gym is closed but they have 24/7 access. It is hot in here , no ceiling fans are on so no air circulation.

I won't break down the workout, not sure if I went heavier on anything. But I got a workout in and that is all that matters.

Good for you, Annette, for getting in a gym workout with the gym closed! There is a
fitness center really close to me that has that 24/7 access…that’s great you were able
to do that…glad you are feeling somewhat better.
