Hi ladies,
Other than a dull ache every now and then and not being able to chew much I am doing well.
Just finished an 82 minute gym weight workout covering shoulders, back, and biceps with the inner and outer thigh machines thrown in and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
The gym is closed but they have 24/7 access. It is hot in here , no ceiling fans are on so no air circulation.
I won't break down the workout, not sure if I went heavier on anything. But I got a workout in and that is all that matters.
