Hi ladies,

I had to take a rest day today. Too busy. Good workout Annette. I will be back at it good and strong tomorrow. Ladies - I hope we are all recovering from our injuries.

Today, I got in Rockout Knockout TS #4 (nice workout, no dread) and 6-7 mins of pilates breast stroke/upper back work.

It seems I again forgot to check in.

Thursday I did a popsugar low impact high intensity w/o from YouTube. Just 30min finishing off with foam rolling and adding on all the foam rolling exercises my PT wants me to do daily. The dry needling is not having enough effect for us to continue so now I need to foam roll my glutes, hams and calves daily and try to loosen it all up like that.
