Hi ladies,

Today I ended up doing Circuit Blast and CLX ab burner. I sometimes forget about that workout and it really gets a nice burn going for 44 minutes.

I did sign up for Cathe Live, I can swing the 10 dollars a month and if I get creative setting up my laptop I can do the workouts that are archived. I did the same thing with the RT workouts and it was a blast so I hope for the same result here. I do hope that Cathe faces the class though, with everyone mirroring her. It works really well for Chalene in TF, and Cathe facing the front of the room in the RT classes made things a little goofy to follow. We shall see. I plan on having it on in my office and following the best I can ( and work at the same time,lol).
 
Hi gals,

I did Slow and Heavy 2 exercises each for shoulders and chest then did Jeannette Jenkins Sexy Arms Legs and Abs floorwork. Nice to do heavy weights again but I did have to push myself I just wasn't into working out today.

Dh and Ds come home today. Can't wait to see ds again.

Hi everyone,

It's the fitness challenge month at work which means I work out wayyy extra for 4 solid weeks.

Today I did Tara Lee yoga this morning for 40 minutes - nice stretch. I walked for 30 minutes at lunch in the park - it was sooooooo beautiful outside. And, when I got home from work, I just had to do Cathe's live bootcamp workout. It was really good. I really enjoyed it.

Conni - I haven't done CB in about 8 months. I might just pull that one out. And as I'm sure you've noticed - Cathe does not face the class.

Annette - solid workout today. Good for you. I hope everyone gets home safe and sound.
