Hi ladies,

Weights on the agenda today, and hoping for a new rotation!

Today was PUB/PLB combo, then I added the stability ball work for the legs, skipping the second go around on the leg presses ( hate those..).:eek:

Hello there!

Good workout today. That must have been tough.

This morning I managed 50 minutes of Drill Max. I would have gone on but ran out of time. I've got to say - that workout is timeless for me. It's one of my all time Cathe fav's - especially if I do the full workout.

Training today was great! exhausting but great. Back for more tomorrow.

What are your workouts today Carmen and Annette?

Hi ladies. Today I did the workout I didn't do yesterday. I did turbo fire HIIT 25 then heavy chest and back.

Connie I'm with you about leg press....ugh!

Siobhan I like drill max too except the last drill with the skipping cuz I don't have the space.
