Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 15 minute abs workout and a 21 minute cardio workout with T&D. I will stretch now. I need more breaks with his workouts so they take me much longer.

Linda - nice workout yesterday - a double coffey (we have a coffee order in Canada called a double double so your double coffey fit reminded me of that :) )
Annette - I can see how the gym is much more than machines. It's also very social.
Nora - WTG with your workout yesterday. It was good, long and filled with variety!
Nicki - how's the packing going?

Nice T & D workouts this AM Siobhan! That's funny about a "double double" coffee! Yes, I have a couple
more double double coffey orders!

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- " Total Body Strength (with weight plates) - 28 min.
CoffeyFit Raw- " Box & Sculpt" - 28 min.

That's it for today.......My app subscription expires Saturday, so I am getting in as many as I can :)
I will probably re-subscribe thru the website, which will be $2. cheaper, but I am waiting until my subscription
thru Apple is marked expired. Sometimes that takes a day or so longer. or I may skip a month and then
do it. She has a bunch of "free" workouts on YT. I've purchased one of her workout downloads and
have requested 2 more be added to the purchase option, which she indicated she would do this week,
so I am waiting to see about that as well. I think she ought to put up all her Raw workouts as a purchase
option (like Cathe does with her Live workouts) so people that have favorites could download them too use
off-line.

Hi ladies,

Got to the gym late, then did an 87 minute gym circuit consisting of:

3 leg machines
2 upper body machines
Dumbbells for chest press (17.5,20, &25's)
Same weights for hammer curls
Wrist curls with 12.5
Bicep up and reverse down with 10 and 12.5's
Holding fat ends of Dumbbells for triceps using 17.5 and 20's
Concentration curls with 17.5
Shoulder press with 10's and 12.5's
Seated clean and press with 10's and 12.5's
Front raise with 10's

Then sled but only 2 runs, strap pull backwards with 6 plates, push back with 7.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weighted exercises for abs and legs.

Then a nice stretch.

It was a lot. Then got to talking to people that used to be neighbors and we talked a long while.

Annette, all I can say is , "YOU BEAST"!!
 
Packing is coming along. Had some movers take some furniture to the storage unit today that I don't want to move to the new house. I gave them the entertainment center that was in my workout room and they had to unplug all my stuff - TV, DVD, etc. I have no idea how to plug all that back in, :rolleyes:
Home orientation today. Went well. Getting excited to settling in to the new house and getting back on my schedule.

Hi girls;)

No workout today, I was not feeling well and went to the doctor. Then my neck was hurting and I could not get a nap to compensate for lack of sleep.

Siobhan- Nicely done today with:

T&D - 15 minute abs workout
T&D - 21 Minute Cardio
Plus added on your own stretch
