Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Hoco Bootcamp - 38 minutes. I never make it past that mark in the dvd - and, I modify A LOT! Hoco is tough for me.

Henriette - I just can't get into KCM - I like a couple of hers but otherwise, I find her music dull and her energy flat
Annette - whoa! 29 pounds. that's amazing. clearly though you worked for that loss. good for you
Elsie - I can't image that broom stick move! seems pretty tough
Sandy - workout yesterday?

Have a great day everyone. I got my hair cut. It's very short. Like to my chin short. I actually have curly hair which I straighten most days. I might go curly today!

See you all tomorrow.

Good morning to you Ceci. :) Ahh, I've been thinking of cutting my hair shorter for summer as well. I do not have the patience to straighten my hair! The only time it gets done is when I have a colour or something. lol. It is naturally wavy, but not as much as it used to be (except those white ones!). HoCo scares me. I looked at the previews. lol. I probably could do with more core/back work however.

So glad you are feeling good about your weight loss, Annette. All of your dedication is paying off!

For you Cathe LIVEers, can you let me know how difficult the split (Upper & Lower body) ones generally are? I am beginning to scale back to
4 workouts a week now (not including walking) and was wondering about Cathe LIVE. Thanks.

My w/o this morning is KickMax low impact Kickbox without the conditioning drills as I burned out my legs yesterday (34 min) + three sets of iso tricep extensions.

Take good care ......

Hi ladies,

Shiobhan - KCM dvds can be great, some not so great and I agree with you about music, energy etc. It's really a hit or miss how much I enjoy them, but I have yet to keep track in an Excel like I do with Live.

Annette - I forgot to say congrats yesterday. That is an amazing weightloss.

Today is a rest day for me. I haven't had one since Saturday. Also, I had a mole removed this morning and got stitches so I think a day of rest can't hurt. At the same time I am itching to move so I will go for a little walk later. Hopefully I can pick up my w/o's again tomorrow. My doctor couldn't see any reason not to. Yeah!

The sun is finally shining again and the temperature has gone up nearly 10 degrees again. Crazy weather with these temp changes. You either need a decent coat or just a t-shirt. No in betweens.

Have a good day ladies.

Oh... I forgot to answer you Elsie.
Live w/o's are as hard as you want to make them. You can modify stuff or jump higher or use more risers, do only the sections you want or use lighter or heavier weights. I find them really good, but not as hard as some of the RWH and more waterbreaks than dvds. A lot of them are total body w/o to some extent...but not all. I would say give it a month to try as many as you want and then you can always cancel it again. I love most of the Cathe Live w/o's I have done.

Wow, it is early but I am the last to check in.

Today I did 50 minutes of circuits using the music that I will have to use in my classes. So I made up a routine and broke a sweat..I really hope I don't give some senior a heart attack.

Then I did the 8 Minute Taebo for some added cardio for myself.

I have my last sub job of the school year this afternoon.

Have a great day!

Oh, thanks Henriette. I know I definitely need those extra water breaks as I pause and take them ALL the time. :) I know I will have to check it out myself & see if there are enough split ones. Speedy healing to you with your stitches!!
