Tiff and Dan - their latest Upper Body workout= 40 minutes-Sounds fun & challenging, awesome job!
I'm liking the rope less jump ropes, I think it's just a matter of getting used to the weighted ones and how far to hold my arms out from my sides to avoid hitting myself with it. I dis much better yesterday, no bruises made, yay!

IFit- "Hiit Sprints & Hills" Treadmill workout- 21 min.
Both of those workouts sound amazing. I especially love the sounds of Box for a better waistline. Love KCM boxing workouts, they are always fun.
Oh, FYI Linda YouTube Marsha Hughes channel does have TRX or suspension training workouts on her channel.

Sorry you shoulder is bothering you. Please take it easy and rest the shoulder. I know from my broken arm a few years ago to respect the pain and let it rest. It will be much better if you do. I have to deal with chronic neck pain and tight or sore shoulder muscles make it worse and I have to take it easy. Have a blessed evening

YT- Marsha Hughes workouts- Ultimate Sandbag workout- Total body circuit in just fives moves = 12 Min
ps. I have a hair cut appointment and errands tomorrow of working out does not appear to be in the cards tomorrow, so I won't be working out tomorrow. I wish everyone to have amazing workouts & beautiful day
