Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more Tiff and Dan - their latest Upper Body workout for 40 minutes. It was really interesting.

Linda - Let me know if you subscribe on YT. I wonder why KCM has chosen that route instead of keeping her app...
Annette - You always find something new on YT for your KB days. I don't do enough cardio :(
Nicki - I am hopeful your schedule returns to normal soon
Nora - How's the new jump rope going?

Good morning girls!

Siobhan, nice Tiff & Dan workout this AM! Ok, I'll let you know........Kelly apparently wants to get away from
the app, because of expense, etc. I don't even have a signin with Google/YT so I would have to do all that
first, to be able to subscribe, but she will be also offering a subscription thru her website too, for $2.00 more,
so I'm not sure. People are mentioning that the YT workouts might still have ads, unless you also get
the YT premium for $13.99 extra, which I will not do. So, we'll see what happens.......she does have a ton
of workouts on YT which are "free" and there are alot of my favorites in those, so I gotta think on it!
Besides having subscription with Cathe OnDemand, I also have IFit & Hydrow, so I don't want to become
"subscription poor" LOL!

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Box a Better Waistline" - 32 min.
IFit- "Hiit Sprints & Hills" Treadmill workout- 21 min.

Hi ladies,

Today I decided to stay home, my shoulders are hurting either from Tuesday's workout or yesterday's not sure. So I found a new to me from 4 years ago(during lockdown since it is a lone guy doing the workout) of Fitness Combat and yes it was in Spanish but it was hard to hear so it didn't really matter.

But it was a sweat fest of 55 minutes, I modified some but not too much. I may do some light shoulder exercises to try and work out the pain.

Nice workouts ladies!! Let's all keep up the great work!!
 
Annette, nice long 55 min. “Sweatfest” today doing Fitness Combat! Mysteriously,
my shoulder, hand, etc. started hurting today…..maybe arthritis acting up….I took a
Tylenol & nap :)

I'm liking the rope less jump ropes, I think it's just a matter of getting used to the weighted ones and how far to hold my arms out from my sides to avoid hitting myself with it. I dis much better yesterday, no bruises made, yay!

Both of those workouts sound amazing. I especially love the sounds of Box for a better waistline. Love KCM boxing workouts, they are always fun.

Oh, FYI Linda YouTube Marsha Hughes channel does have TRX or suspension training workouts on her channel.

Sorry you shoulder is bothering you. Please take it easy and rest the shoulder. I know from my broken arm a few years ago to respect the pain and let it rest. It will be much better if you do. I have to deal with chronic neck pain and tight or sore shoulder muscles make it worse and I have to take it easy. Have a blessed evening;)

Turbo Jam- Ab Jam= 20 Min (entirety)
YT- Marsha Hughes workouts- Ultimate Sandbag workout- Total body circuit in just fives moves = 12 Min

ps. I have a hair cut appointment and errands tomorrow of working out does not appear to be in the cards tomorrow, so I won't be working out tomorrow. I wish everyone to have amazing workouts & beautiful day;)
